This is a good one. It's made of a thick, tough canvas like material that wears like steel. It's got a rugged look and feel with a soft insulated lining that is super comfortable. Lots of great pockets. My wife saw me wearing this the first time and called me a "mountain man". Perfect description.

Nice vest but it runs short. I bought my husband a large regular and had to return it for a large long. I recommend buying 'long' in any size you order. It's just my opinion for what it's worth. We went to the Raleigh NC farm show and my husband vest fit right in with the rest of the farmers/cowboys.
