One thing to keep in mind when you receive this item, it has to be three boxes. I got two at once and one later...not a biggy as far as you get them all. No assembling instructions came with it but if you pay a little bit attention you can do it by yourself even without instructions. You will need your own proper wrenches and screw drivers, the ones which come with it aren't useful. Once assembled, its a very nice and comfortable futon. Its converts back and forth between bed and sofa very easily. You have to get mattress separately though. I recommend it!

I purchased this product assuming that the mattress was apart of the purchase; however, it turns out that it was not? Secondly, Amazon does not provide ANY service for you to contact them regarding this matter. Basically, the product looks great but since Amazon provides no recourse for questions and is EXTREMELY aloof the whole transaction I find regretful.
