I received my high output grow light on Feb 15. It was defective (only 3 of the tubes functioned). I contacted the seller (Flora Hydroponics) promptly by email and received a prompt reply. A week later, I still had not received a replacement or heard anything further from the seller about returning the defective unit. I contacted the seller again by email and apparently my information was misplaced. I received a return shipment label by email immediately and the replacement unit on Mar 1. Everything worked out in the end, it just took a bit of time and reminding. Original order was placed on Feb 12.

I see a lot of reviewers complain about the packaging. I dont understand how they would break during transport, whats more likely happened, is they attempted to pull the packaging cubes off the lights, resulting in it breaking. just unscrew the light, pull off the packaging. light is Awesome, everything id hope it would be!
